Leadership

Brad has been on staff at CCAR since 1995 and became lead pastor in 1997. He is a 1994 graduate of Atlanta Christian College (now Point University) and spent some time as a  graduate student at the University of Georgia. Brad loves sports, especially UGA football and Braves baseball. He loves spending time with his family and being a community coach at Coosa Middle School.   

Sam has been the youth minister here at CCAR since 2020. You may hear him referred to as 2.0 which is his nickname around here.  He graduated from Johnson University in 2020.  You will often see him hanging out at school football, baseball, or basketball games supporting the youth in our community. He looks forward to seeing you and your family here on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. 

Alex has led worship at CCAR since 2010.  He likes being active outside with his wife Anna, and his children Samson and Sadie.  He is also a firefighter with the Gordon County Fire Department and owns Routt Stump Removal. 

 

Anna is a wife to Alex and a mom of two, Sam and Sadie.  She graduated from Atlanta Christian College (now Point University) with a major in Human Relations and a minor in Biblical Studies. She has been an active member of CCAR her whole life and has been working as office administrator at CCAR since August 2016.  In her spare time you will find her spending time with her husband, cheering on her kids in all of their extra curricular activities, working out, reading or spending time outdoors.
